DOT Services
- FMCSA On-Site Testing
- We understand the loss of productivity, time and money associated with sending drivers off-site for testing. We come to your business' location and conduct a full range of drug and alcohol testing, in compliance with all FMCSA requirements.
- On-site testing includes Random, Pre-Employment, Reasonable Suspicion, Return-to-Work, and Post Accident testing
- Consortium Management
- We assist in implementing drug and alcohol testing programs and help keep you compliant with the DOT/FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Testing rules and regulations.
- As your Consortium/Third-Party Administrators (C/TPAs), CTS will manage your DOT drug and alcohol testing program, including enrolling your drivers into a consortium for random selections.
- Clearinghouse Management
- As your designated consortium/third-party administrator (C/TPA) CTS will manage your drivers on your company’s behalf. Additionally, we can conduct mandatory annual Clearinghouse Limited Queries.
FMCSA Compliance Services
- Driver Qualification File Management
- CTS can maintain and monitor your drivers required certifications (CDL license expiration, Clearinghouse Limited Queries, MVR, etc.)

- Complete Pre-Employment Checks
- Criminal Records Check, DOT Drug Test, Employment Verification, MVR, Pre-Employment Screening Program, Full Clearinghouse Query
